Today, President Bush signed the ban on partial birth abortion into law. Hopefully, it will be overturned soon, as it is already being contested as unconstitutional. But I am really upset, anyway. Because in the eyes of the people in charge, I am less important than the child I might carry? Why should it's right to live automatically override mine?

Between this and the "third-party consent" rape case, I'm really beginning to think about women's future in this country as more and more likely to involve forced breeding. We are being reduced to cattle. (I'm being dramatic, but I'm also kind of serious about the feeling this gives me).
