in the good news department:

i passed my road test and got my license today! can i get a whoop whoop?

also, i am going to drive all by myself for the first time tonight.

oh, and i got my grades. I got 2 A's, 3 A-'s, and one B+. So yay for that too!

it is pouring outside. but the lights are on and i'm going to go cook for a while, so i feel warm and snuggly and happy and I can't wait until Ryan gets home so we can have dinner, get ready for our Christmas, and maybe go see LOTR (early Christmas present :))

my road test is tomorrow, followed by one of the two most difficult finals. i have not wrapped anything for Christmas, I am not finished shopping, it is my turn to do the dishes, and there is a load of laundry left to do. Ryan did a ton of stuff to help tonight, but that's what's left to do and my head is exploding thinking about it.

studying for the final comes first though, since it is okay if I fail the road test. but please, everyone wish me luck that i won't fail the road test, since I don't want to go through this again!

one whole side of my face is numb, thanks to part one of my filling adventure. this dentists uses something different from what my old dentist used, and it's kind of more...hardcore. I'm numb up to my eyelid on the right side.

I'm going back to bed for half an hour, then getting ready for my first final.

so,

tomorrow: first final, early dentist appt. for EEW FILLINGS
friday: doctor's appt. (have to get all doctor stuff done before break)
weekend: YAY. studying, and Ryan's family's Christmas party!
monday: 8am final. Pray for me. ;)
yuesday: ROAD TEST followed by a final - this is my faaavorite day!
wednesday - DAY I NO LONGER HAVE TO TAKE A FINAL!!
thursday: last final! whoop whoop!

I am ready for tomorrow's final. For the most part. I am as ready as I can be for the road test, and I'm semi-prepared for the other finals but still have a lot, a lot, a LOT of studying to do. I'm doing okay!

i just found out that I already have an A in one of my classes so I am exempt from the final! YAY! My professor said she was dissapointed because she looked forward to reading my final, but she is happy for me that I am free. hee hee!

I had to go pick up medical records from the South County Health Center today, because I had an exam there once that URI needs a record of. So we went there, and discovered that they have apparently changed their name to (are you prepared for this?)

"Thundermist!" Seriously. With the exclamation point and everything. I can totally understand why they commited this atrocity, because God knows I didn't take them seriously at all when they were just called the Health Center....:)

that's $325 to the dentist (for mine and ryan's cavaties) man, i'm going to start brushing my teeth like 5 times a day since the normal amount doesn't seem to be cutting it :P

i was at stacey's and she gave me skittles and mountain dew. i told her my dentist story, and didn't really drink much soda ( i told the dentist i didn't, because i don't! :))

one final studied for, thanks to miss stacey! 4 to go...:)

the weather is very bad today, so ryan gets to come home from work early and work from home! this is good news, even if i am worried about the drive here. i know he's been needing some time at home. yay!

today was a refreshing day. i am glad, i had been really drained and tired.

when i woke up, it had snowed, and the snow was blowing around all over the place - the air was full of sparkles. :) and ryan had cleaned up the kitchen, and the sun was making everything inside shiny. i had an appointment with stephen, and I talked to Kelly, and I watched a little bit of Harriet the Spy (to be continued later tonight, perhaps).

Harriet the Spy is an excellent movie. Michelle Trachtenburg (as a little kid) makes me grin, and the music is fun too. :)
